Refund and Cancellation Policy

Clear terms for the UseSQLite monthly subscription.

Cancel any time

You may cancel from the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues through the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Completed subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We will review duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unauthorized transactions and material service failures reported promptly. Dodo Payments may process an approved refund to the original payment method.

Trials and retained data

A trial may be ended before it converts to a paid subscription. Export important databases before the trial, grace or retention period shown in the dashboard ends. Cancelling payment does not immediately delete your account, but suspended data may later be removed according to the displayed retention schedule.

How to request help

Email support@usesqlite.com with the account email and Dodo transaction or invoice identifier. Never send complete card details. We aim to acknowledge billing complaints within 48 hours.
